The guys who brought us the Flickr MiniCards are at it again, this time they've added StickerBooks to their inventory. Crafty types can now order books filled with vinyl stickers featuring digital photos from their collection.
As soon as I heard, I headed over to MOO to place an order for my first StickerBook. I'm pretty crafty myself, and might be the last person who still enjoys sending postcards and birthday cards to friends, so the idea of creating stickers out of my photo collection was very appealing.
Since I already had a Flickr account, the system quickly loaded up my photostream. I selected a few of my favorite photos, cropped them, chose a color for the cover, and was ready to place an order. Each booklet contains 90 vinyl stickers about the size of a postal stamp, which will cost you about $9.99 plus shipping. If you don't have a Flickr account, you can still upload your personal photos or choose images from MOO's Ready Made Designer pack.
I can't wait to get my StickerBook and add a personal touch to my snail-mail, and maybe even my gadgets.
