How many instant messenger accounts do you have? I personally have about six of them just to keep up with all my buddies who have a different IM client. To organize my IM network I use Trillian, this way I can integrate all my accounts into one. Thanks to Meebo, things just got a lot more interesting.
CNet's Media blog lead me to the discovery of Meebo, a web-based unifying instant message application that you can access from any computer without downloading IM client software. The site is still in an early testing stage (alpha) which means they are still ironing out existing glitches, but so far the company says they see 560,000 logins a day, which means you won't be trying out this service alone.
Users can merge all their instant message accounts including AIM, YIM, MSN, GTalk, Jabber and ICQ into one Meebo web-based account. The setup looks a lot like Trillian's but without all the extra bells and whistles.
It still lacks a lot of features you've grown accustomed to, but has basic stuff like emoticons, sound and chat logs just like current IM clients do. A pretty intuitive site that will come in handy when you're away from your computer.

I don't know if you are aware but you can use e-messenger already, the only program that is not supported is Gtalk (most likely because still in beta testin) you can try this cool web based messenger site at: www.e-messenger.net
