Some people drive expensive cars, others buy expensive mansions in exotic lands. But how do geeks exhibit their serious cash flow?

If you thought your computer was expensive, try shelling-out over $10,000 of your hard-earned money on a tricked out PC while looking good doing it. Wired has a round-up of the top most expensive computers ever made. While these beauties won't make you coffee in the morning, they will draw some oooohs and aaaaahs from the crowd.

What's so special about them you ask? The diamond-encrusted handbag-styled Tulip E-Go will cost you $355,000 for the sole purpose of causing a gadget envy attack. The truly blinged-out laptop is inlaid with thousands of brilliant cut diamonds set atop solid palladium white gold, and a square cut ruby set in the logos.

Or what about a solid-gold Voodoo PC?

And well, let's not get started on a list of the most expensive cell phones ever made. We could be here for a while.

Those are not geeks... they are the fashion freaks that can barely turn on a computer and have more money than common sence. Real geeks exibit bling with performance, no matter what the system looks like. A duel quad core 4 GB pre-market server/gaming system with duel HD output and a wireless sterio link to the stadium system in your living room blowing away quake junkies on your private T3 line while posting live feeds on the server for E3 and G4... That is bling! Linking to this system from your Sony P990 to sync your PSP emulator with the onboard microdrive that holds your roms while you are at lunch waiting for some guy to bring you your food. Then tapping into the nearby sound system so that everyone else can enjoy your Vice City antics as well... That is bling! Jewel encrusted laptops that will go out of style in a month... That is just stupid!

Those laptops seem completely stupid. Can they even be upgraded? In 5 years, they will be junk sitting on someone`s desk collecting dust. Sounds silly.
