The OQO has been around for a while, but this new version, the Model 2 Ultra, has some design improvements that are pretty slick. It weighs just a pound, has a slide out, illuminated thumb keyboard, and it looks amazing. It has a docking port so you can use it as your main computer at home or in the office if you like. It has Bluetooth built in so you can wirelessly hook up a keyboard and mouse. It has a 1.5GHz processor, 60GB hard disk drive, 1GB of RAM, and integrated Wi-Fi and EVDO (cellular broadband) connectivity. It's available now and has a base price of $1500.

Hi, Sorry but I have to mention that the lady presenting the CES video moves a lot while presenting a product on her hands, and in the process, the viewer loses the ability to see and view the product better. This was what I noticed when I viewed for the first time her CES videos today. I hope my comment is taken in the context of better product viewership. Nothing personal here.

slow as heck i bet too, my 3.5 has issues with this OS. yeah, i like tiny gadgets.there great on navy ships where you have no room to store otherwise HUGH notebooks. BUT.... can VISTA. bet you could run 95 on the thing if your tried hard enough.and it would screem at that. these things are for pocket techs, not average joes. but you can't beat the size of these things.someone I knew on the ESSEX has one similar to this. The entire PC fit in his hand, the entire usb disk array was no bigger than two cdrom drives.Had the same power as the DELLs we were using to do our jobs with. NICE gadget, BUT......
