Speaking of pink and good causes for Mother's Day, Belkin has come out with two new pink cases for iPod nanos in time to fete mom and inspire her to exercise.

Belkin will donate 10 percent of the sales of each item to Susan G. Komen Benefit for the Cure. At a minimum, the company will contribute $100,000 to the cancer research and care foundation. A good cause and enough to make me take back what I said about pink gadgets.

The Sport Armband for iPod nano ($30) - A black armband with pink borders that attaches to her arm while she exercises.

The Hope Remix Metal for iPod nano ($30) is made of clear acrylic and brushed metal and has a soft-touch click-wheel protector.

Check out the Komen web site for an update on the good work being done to fight breast cancer through research and better treatment of cancer patients.
