Sports-Themed MP3 Carrying Cases

There are loads of MP3 and iPod cases and speakers to choose from, but these sports-themed cases combine a carrying case with a speaker that allows kids some time off the earbuds.

MEElectronics makes cases in the shapes of a baseball, soccer ball, basketball ($11.99), and a football ($14.99). Seems like a good way to protect an MP3 player while giving it better odds of not getting lost in schoolwork piles. 

I've ordered the baseball one for my 12-year-old, who always seems to leave his iPod lying around. I'll let you know if the speaker sound is any good and whether these could make a good stocking stuffer for younger kids with MP3 players.
