Santa Gets Personal on Video

It was only a matter of time. First came the letters. Then the radio shows tracking his whereabouts around the world. Then the emails. Then the web sites tracking his whereabouts around the world on Christmas Eve.

The Denver Post reports that two longtime friends and entrepreneurs, David Wallace and Ted Taggart, founded MakeBeliever.com after having disappointing, impersonal experiences with mall Santas and their kids. The biz partners say in their launch press release, "We knew there had to be a better way to personalize a visit with Santa. After all, isn't he supposed to be watching the kids all year round?"

So they came up with the V(ideo)-greeting to allow Santa to connect on a more personal level with kids, adults, coworkers, anyone you choose for $10 a pop.
