I think most of these gadgets are terrific ideas. Unfortunately on my salary, I'm going to have to settle with living in the dark, walking accross town to work, and hugging trees

I think a lot of the information provided in this website is very helpful. I am looking to having a custom built house, now i can add a dual-flush toilet system(which i never knew existed), and the solar panels i already ordered. I do recyle 90% of my trash. I also like the idea of composite trash and will get on it. Thanks!!! I also want to buy an induction stove top, but it is extremely expensive, i think consumers need be provided with more options that cost less.

As I have grown older I have come to realize that we have not been good stewards as far as taking care of the planet on which we live. I truly appreciate the ideas here and have already employed things like solar lamps on the patio and more economical transportation. The next vehicle will be totally green. We have been given a beautiful place to live, earth, but have been miserable stewards as far as preserving our living environment. It is truly an Inconvenient Truth.
