The Simpsons mania is shifting into high gear as the release of the Summer blockbuster nears. I spotted the bight yellow Simpsons-branded Samsung cell phone at CES earlier this year, and just yesterday EA announced the release of a new Simpsons game. What we didn't expect was to see a Simpsons-themed Xbox 360.
Unfortunately, you won't see this in stores. Microsoft is partnering with FOX to promote "The Simpson's Movie" with the release of 100 limited-edition units that will be given away to fans at special events promoting the movie. Before disappointment sets in, know that this Xbox 360 model slapped with The Simpsons' motif is only the 20GB Pro console and not the 120GB Elite with HDMI. Although, I doubt whoever wins it will care about that.
