Cars are packed with the latest technology available. Newer models are equipped with GPS systems, Bluetooth for hands free calling, satellite radio, voice recognition, and some even come with Internet access. Now add texting and cell phones to the mix, and you got an accident waiting to happen.
No wonder the law is coming down on wired drivers. I don't think anything gets any worse than texting and driving though, except trying to pick a song on your iPod. That's why we need more iPod accessories that let you shuffle songs right from your car's stereo or steering wheel.
DLO's TransDock Deluxe is a low cost solution for in-car entertainment that broadcasts music from your iPod straight to the FM stereo with the help of an attachment. To change tracks, just attach the remote control to the wheel, and control your iPod without ever looking down. The TransDock Deluxe also charges the iPod, so you never have to worry about plugging in a separate charger.
Video iPod owners can also watch their videos on any built-in flip-down screens or in-headrest monitors with the included AV cable and Video-out port. The dock includes custom inserts so you fits it works with most iPods, which means you don't have an excuse anymore. A nice solution for the road warrior.

Something similar, almost! We have an iPod that we would like to hook up to the car stereo. There is a CD player but no jacks to plug into. We had an adapter for a cassette player but so far have not heard of any adapters for a CD player. Any help? Thanks.
