If these instructions are authentic, it means the iPhone will not include the following:
On the other other hand, here are a few features that will be nice to have:
On an interesting note, the first page mentions "Apple's new, remarkably compact Bluetooth headsets," which means we can expect a few cool headsets to be released around the same time. There's no mention of video capture capabilities either, so I wonder if one can create podcasts with the iPhone. The good news is Steve Jobs is encouraging the development of third-party widgets for the iPhone, but with only 4GB or 8GB of onboard memory, I'm not sure widgets will appeal to customers who would rather save more music or photos on their iPhone. Looks like Walt Mossberg already got his hands on the iPhone, so we'll find out in a couple of weeks (hopefully days) more about the iPhone's capabilities.
Are you getting one on June 29 or are you waiting for the second-generation iPhone?

I am sitting in front of the Apple store while posting this because I have already started camping out for the iPhone. Yes I am getting one!!!!
Wow...it's a phone that does the same thing most of these other ones do. Whooopee. It's still just a phone. How many nerds really listen to music on their phones? I mean really...how gimmicky can you get!
This just a great piece of electronics that everyone should have.
theres going to be better cellphones out there in the future but aren't cellphones mostly for emergencies since it costs more for you to get minutes or pay a month? If you want to talk on a phone I would just talk on a cordless or regular but when it comes to cellphones it should really be for emergencies. Why can't people wait until cellphone bills go lower and have more features? That will be the second-generation day.

Better to wait for the 2nd generation. Still falls short when compared to Nokia E90. But I would love a price war which shrinks both these costs.Nokia 5700 looks good too.
