Just came across Wired's How To Wiki and found it pretty entertaining, so I just had to share. The site is dedicated to the do-it-yourself culture, so you'll find lots of hacks, tricks, and tips from different types of people, not just Wired editors. To post a hack, you'll have to register with Wired, then you're free to ask for contributions to your post. You'll see the wiki is already filled with a lot of interesting guides like how to bake a Wii cake that's not edible to more important things like getting off a government watch list.

I'm just glad somebody posted insider tips on how to rock at Guitar Hero. I don't spend a lot of time playing it, so I appreciate any tips that'll help me get better fast. Also, I wasn't aware that Flickr could be used to turn a crush into a real romance. According to this how to wiki post, you can increase your chances of finding Flickr romance by pursuing someone who doesn't post provocative self-portraits of themselves, has similar posting habits as yourself, and finally, by beefing up that profile page with endearing information about yourself. The author says this guide is specifically for the gents, so that might explain why I don't get it. Still, it was fun to read tips guys think might work. Check it out, maybe you'll find a good project to work on this weekend.
