Sony is issuing recalls again, except this time the recall notice affects over 350,000 Cyber-shot DSC-T5 digital cameras. These particular models are being recalled due to a metal plating on the bottom of the camera that warps, causing a slight cut or scratch to the user's skin. If your camera's serial number is between 3500001 and 3574100, you should probably contact Sony so they can replace the bottom casing. You can find the serial number on a sticker attached to the bottom of the camera.

The Associated Press says Sony learned about this problem back in October 2005, one month after the release of the camera, after customers complained of cuts and scratches they received from the protruding metal. The recall affects over 284,000 Cybershot DSC-T5 cameras sold in the United States, Europe and China, and 66,000 sold in Japan. Be safe out there, get your camera fixed.
