Fun Find: Howdy Monster for iPods

I didn't realize what a huge underground following Missy Broome's Howdy Monsters had until I stopped by her MySpace profile, where I spotted a picture of Howdy being licked by Dave Grohl and posing with the likes of Tom Green and Danny Bonaduce. Celebrity endorsements never hurt, but what's so alluring about Howdy that has adoring fans snapping shots with him all over the world? It must be his personality.

At 5 inches high and 3 inches wide the quirky monster packs a lot of personality, and holds your iPod too. Two Sloops, Captain Shivers, Howdi-Culture, Howd-oui, and Roadie Howdy are waiting to be adopted by daring individuals with the right attitude and $30. Each Howdy has a zipper mouth, buttons for eyes, and a badge on their chest that tells the world what they're all about. I'm glad I found Howdy over at Geeksugar, because now I know what to get my rocker friend on her birthday.
