It's hard to read anything that's not Apple related when everyone's talking about new iPods, iPhone price drops, and iPhone refund stories, but alas, other music players do exsist in the world. For example, did you hear about the limited editon pink Zune? Yes, I know it doesn't compare to the new iPod Touch, but it will be more affordable now that Microsoft has dropped the price on all Zunes.
Engadget spotted the girlified special edition pink Zune that'll be available in coming weeks at places like Urban Outfitters. Only 1,000 will be made with the first hundred debuting today at NYLON's Fashion Week party in Soho. Surprisingly, NYLON's Accessories Director Dani Stahl helped screen print the design on back of the pink Zune. Here we see her at work spraying, vacumming, and printing diamond bling on back of the Zune. Dani says that since everyone is "rhinestoning" things, she decided she would draw diamonds. Clever!
