Everyone's been talking about Vestalife's Ladybug iPod Speaker Dock simply because it's one of the cutest speakers around. The speakers on this round iPod accessory fold out to reveal a universal dock connector that accommodates most iPods. Aimed at the teen population, the Ladybug is priced at a decent price and comes in a variety of colors and designs.
The latest Ladybugs got a makeover from Element Skateboards who gave the popular speaker dock a skull and crossbones tattoo, as well as a surfer girl paisley design they hope will appeal to the female population. The speaker has a built-in sub-woofer, a digital amplifier, and runs on either batteries or AC power.
These limited edition docks, which won't be available until next month, were on display at Macworld this past week. A Vestalife representative tells me they'll be available soon for $110 on their website www.vesta-life.com, so keep your eyes peeled if you want one.
