Working out when you travel is nearly impossible, but with a little motivation and an iPhone or iPod Touch, you may be able to stick to your New Year's Resolution. If you've got an iPhone, I recommend you bookmark Pump10 (http://www.pumpone.com/iphone/), an exercise podcast specifically created for iPhone and iPod Touch users. The iPhone-optimized site features a free 10-minute exercise podcast every week, along with fitness tips, and training advice. This week's featured podcast targets abdominals, but you can find other workouts when you search by goal.
If you're a road warrior, I recommend you check out the special "Pumped2Go" workouts. These guys will teach how to get a full body workout using your luggage or other items commonly found in hotel rooms so you can get a quick workout even when you're nowhere near a gym. Pump10 was created by parent site PumpOne who specializes in workout videos that can be downloaded to most iPods. Here you'll find free short clips that feature one to three exercise tips, but you can purchase the full workout video on the site for about $19-$49. I say try the free workouts, and if you like them, then you can buy the full workout later. Anyone know of any other great exercise podcasts? Let me know in the comments.

There's also Jazzercise's 07Workout Wherever in the itunes podcast section. It's designed for the "road warrior" who has no time to workout. However, I've used it at home for some extra strength training when I'm short on time. You do feel it afterwards though.
