If you have an iPod touch, you're probably annoyed by the fact that it doesn't have a speaker like the iPhone. The iPhone speaker may not be the best sounding speaker in the world, but it's a nice option to have when you travel and want to listen to music in your hotel room. I love my headphones, but I don't want to wear them all the time.
I've been looking for a pair of portable speakers since I travel quite a bit, and I think I just found them. Gizmodo spotted the Portable Speakers for iPhone by DLO, which snap neatly onto each side of the base creating a small ball you can throw in your bag when you travel.
These portable speakers are actually compatible with any device that has a standard headphone jack, so that includes the iPod touch, iPod classic and iPod nano, which is even better if you have multiple music players.
Those of you who like to watch movies will like the rotating stand that holds your iPhone upright or horizontally so you can enjoy those YouTube videos the way Apple intended. The more professional types will like the speaker phone abilities on this thing that allows you to take incoming calls without disconnecting your iPhone. DLO is already selling the speaker ball for $49 on its site if you're interested.
