Bluetooth headsets are not exactly the most attractive, but there have been a few exceptions like the Jawbone, the in-ear Motorola H5 MiniBlue, and the Argard M10. There's a certain disdain for Bluetooth headset wearers, but Plantronics may soon be changing that with a new earpiece that has apparently gotten big celebrity approval.

Geeksugar says Brooke Shields and Eva Longoria Parker have been rocking the Discovery 925 earpiece by Plantronics. Although there are no pictures of the celebrities wearing said headset, there is a shot of the sleek device in gold and magenta. If you don't like either color don't fret. It will also be available in black and nine other colors when it's released in April. The Discovery 925 will come with a stylish charging case so you can stow it away in your purse, and will cost $149, so start saving those dollars girls.

My biggest gripe against the Bluetooth headsets is when they are worn at inappropriate times. When I saw a report of the funeral of James Brown, there was a guy wearing one at the funeral service. I mean, come on, would you really interrupt a solemn service to take a call? Also, it used to be that if someone was yelling on the sidewalk we thought he was mentally deranged. Then you saw the cellphone. Now we need to see if there is an earpiece before we call for the padded wagon.

Nice - I hope they come up with some attractive ones for men too. I agree with the previous comment that wearing these in some places isn't appropriate. We need to be prepared to teach good manners all the time - if we don't do it, then nobody will.

These new bluetooth headsets are pretty nice! But, I would like to know the latest information about the risks one supposedly is while using those gadjets frequently. You know, the radiation which we are exposed to while using cell phones and/or headsets. Please update on this! Thank you!
