Bluetooth headsets are necessary, but no matter how cool they try to make them look, not everyone wants to wear an earpiece for fear of looking like a dork or a cyborg. Jabra is doing something different with its BT3030 Bluetooth device. Shaped like a dog tag, the BT3030, can be worn around the neck or clipped onto a bag or jacket for easy access.

It connects to two Bluetooth devices, so you can pair it with a phone and a laptop at the same time, and listen to music without worrying about missing any calls. The tag has a microphone that picks up your voice, and features several control buttons to answer calls, play, pause, rewind or fast forward the music.

What I like the most about this device is you can use your own headphones with it. The whole setup comes with a removable chain, clip, headphones, and power supply. The cool street stylin' dog tag is available for $79 on Jabra's website.

You come up with some of the coolest stories. This one is great. I want one.

I'd take one. Don't like the whole roach-crawling-out-of-head look that most earpieces give you. The Jawbone is nice, though.

Makes no sense. We went to Bluetooth because people did not want wired headsets and now people want wired headsets. If you think it is that big of a deal go to the store and spend only 10 bucks and get a wired headset.

Let's see... I can put my phone in my pocket, hang the Jabra around my neck, and plug in an earpiece into it, OR I can put my phone on my pocket and plug in an earpiece directly into it. Thanks, but I'll keep my $79. Maybe I'll just get a lanyard to hang the phone I have around my neck.
