The lighter side of backpacks

Any blogger who's been to CES or some other exhausting conference is probably thinking what I'm thinking? I must have one of those.

The Laptop Backpack looks like a bulletproof vest, but it's actually a very minimal laptop backpack with enough room inside to hold a notebook and some of its accessories. It's constructed from lightweight stain and water resistant neoprene, so you can throw it in the washer as often as you want.

The extremely thin backpacks are designed to hold a 12- to 17-inch laptop inside. The shoulder strap itself has a hidden pocket that would probably fit small accessories like a thumb drive, but there are a couple of other compartments big enough to hold your mouse and power cord. This is by far one of the coolest backpacks I've seen yet, and it's a great way to free up your hands so you can concentrate on more important things.

I also think something like this would benefit cyclists who ride their bike to work or students who don't want to carry a heavy backpack to school. BUILT's Laptop Backpacks is available starting today on BUILT's website for $80 in two colors, olive green and black, so you better head over there if you want to get yours now.

That's a nice looking bag- and it comes in Large as well. I suppose the big test is how easily you can take it off. I'm always struggling at airport X-Ray machines.

That looks really cool. A bit of a steep price though.
