Some of us have a hard time fitting in exercise into our daily routine, so for us, there is an alarm clock that just won't shut up until you shape up a few arm curls in the morning. Sure, you could opt for a mischievous alarm clock like Clocky who rolls off the table and makes you chase it to get your blood pumping, but why run when you can do some exercises to tone up those flabby arms?

OhGizmo! says Shape Up!, the alarm clock shaped like a dumbbell, features a rather large digital clock on one end that displays the time, as well as the alarm. When the buzzard goes off in the morning, you're forced to do 30 reps of whatever exercise you want, as long as you keep it in motion. It's not clear just how heavy this gimmicky alarm clock really is, but it looks like a good way to play fetch with your dog first thing in the morning when you're not feeling like your usual motivated self.
