You would think that laptops and cars wouldn't have much in common, but car
manufacturers like Ferrari and
Lamborghini, have launched
their own line of branded notebooks for car enthusiasts in the past, and now
Bentley is following in their footsteps. The folks over at
T3 magazine in the UK got their hands on a couple of photos featuring the
upcoming Bentley Ego laptop.
A Bentley laptop you say? You bet. This one is complete with authentic Bentley cross-over hand-stiched leather that matches the actual seats in the car. The laptop's chrome metal handle resembles the car's door handle, and even the inside of the computer reflects the paint job on the outside of an actual Bentley, according to T3.
The computer itself is nothing special. It includes Windows Vista, 160GB hard drive, one interchangeable skin, 12.1-inch widescreen LCD, and Bluetooth along with other features. This one will only be available in the UK exclusively at Selfridges, which is a good thing, considering it costs a whopping £10,000 or $20,000.
