The gals over at Shiny
Shiny spotted LG's upcoming netbook at the IFA electronics show in Berlin.
Dubbed the LG
Netbook X110, the exquisite netbook is equipped with an 80GB hard drive,
Intel Atom processor, 1GB RAM, Windows XP Home, 10-inch display, WLAN 802.11
b/g, 10/100 Ethernet, and will be embedded with 3G HSPA connectivity.
LG doesn't have much information listed on its website, but from the pictures, it looks like it has a webcam, at least two USB ports on one side, a full size keyboard, and single-click button under the trackpad.
Pricing details are not
listed on LG's website either, but the Register
Hardware said back in July the one with 3G would be selling for about $788
and the one without for $630. I doubt these prices will stick, now that other
netbooks have come down in
price, but we'll have to wait and see what LG does when and if they launch
this cool netbook here in the states.
As far as we know, the Netbook X110 will launch in Europe this October in pink, white, and black.

i haven't really been paying much attention to notebooks after buying a macbook, but, is this the first notebook with built-in 3G?
