In-ear headphones are fine, but I think most of us dream of eliminating the
cord once and for all especially when exercising. Sony
just rolled out a handful of colorful headphones for the fashion conscious
music lover, but if you're feeling a little more adventurous check out the DR-BT160AS
Bluetooth Stereo wireless headphones.
I say adventurous because the design is a little out there. The wireless in-ear headphones look great, except for two huge behind-the ear pods that house the batteries and Bluetooth receiver. You might be eliminating tangled wires, but I doubt you'll be spared from curious looks as strangers try to figure out what exactly is behind your ears.
The wireless headphones do stream music from any compatible Bluetooth music player, and they even allow you make calls from your Bluetooth-enabled phone thanks to a built-in mic. You'll also find a set of controls on the side of the headset that allow you skip through songs and adjust the volume.
These headphones work with most Bluetooth-enabled music players and phones, but if you have an iPod don't despair. Sony has added the DR-BT160iK kit which lets you stream music wirelessly from your iPod. Both the kit and headphones are launching in Europe next month, and may even make their way to the U.S. someday.

As long as there are no exploding batteries (as Sony seems prone to have problems with) I think they're pretty nifty.
