MySpace and HP have announced a partnership that will add printing capabilities to every user's profile in the popular social network. Starting in November, MySpace users will see HP-branded "Click-to-print" buttons that will let users preview and print their photos directly from their MySpace profiles including their blog, photo album, comments, and mail sections.

That may not seem like a big deal now, but in the future, HP plans to extend its services by selling personalized merchandise embellished with users' photos. The company hasn't said exactly what type of personalized merchandise will be sold through MySpace, but I'm sure it will include T-shirts, mugs, calendars, and photobooks.

MySpace Chief Executive Chris DeWolfe said this new feature can benefit bands too who could potentially set up their own merchandise store and sell t-shirts emblazoned with their own photos. "It's pretty powerful when you think we have over 5 million bands on MySpace," he said.

The service will roll out just in time for holidays in Australia, Canada, Western Europe and the U.S. so start deleting those questionable photos now. Don't say I didn't warn you.
