Call it the iPod bandwagon, if you will, but these days everyone is out to make a quick buck off iPod accessories. It's so out of control that Apple is going after any brand that has the words "pod" in its name. But I think that's a huge mistake. Apple should be going after anyone adding that small "i" before it. That's what gets our attention. It's intriguing where you'll find an iPod on someone these days. Maybe that's why airport security has those new X-ray machines that detect the smallest gadget on your body.
So let's count the ways in which you can hide an iPod on that rock-hard, chiseled bod. You could just put it down your pants, but how will you reach the click wheel? I have a better idea.
Here are the top 10 iPod wearables of 2006, especially made so you can hide and control your precious 'Pod:
1. iGroove panties: It's been a hot summer, and fewer clothes are better. But how will you hold your iPod? Look sexy this summer in a pair of lacy iGrooves that include a pocket for an iPod Nano. Were these designed for Paris?
2. Nike Plus: I'm all for tracking my workouts, even if they are far and in between. The Nike + iPod Sports Kit is a must-have for athletic types, and they also include a supertrendy line of iPod wearables. They're hot!
3. iBoxers: Had Tom Cruise been wearing these boxers in Risky Business, he'd be the poster boy for the sexy iBoxers. These underpants have a special pocket on the side so that you can slip your iPod, put on your shades, and slide across the floor. Let's just hope they have a strong waistband; otherwise, you'll be putting on the wrong kind of show, know what I mean?
4. iSoundcap: Look Ma, no wires! The iSoundcap may not get a fashion vote from those style connoisseurs at Vogue, but let's face it, America is ready to ditch the wires, so we'll try anything once. Even if it looks like this.
5. The Power Pouch: Not quite the iPod bra you've been waiting for, but this sports bra has a front compartment to hold an iPod during your workout. May not be suitable for running. Ouch!
6. Tunebuckle: Hold your pants and use that buckle as an aluminum iPod case. Now, why didn't we think of that?
7. iPod Gym Sports Jacket: Armbands not required. The jacket sleeve holds your iPod or RAZR phone, and you can even get the matching iPod Bootleg pant so that you can lose the jacket when you start breaking a sweat at the gym.
8. Levi's Redwire DLX Jeans: All right, so I may have dissed the soon-to-be-released "iJeans" a little, but who are we kidding? That's not going to stop you from running out to get a pair of the first and most complex Levi's jeans with integrated iPod controls. Levi's thought of nearly everything when it created these jeans, except for that one important factor: style. D'oh!
9. Thomas Pink Tie: Don't be deceived by the sports coat; chances are he also likes to wear his MP3 player. The Thomas Pink tie can hold an iPod Nano on a hidden pocket on the back, and it features a small fabric loop to keep the headphone wires out of sight. Not only is he smart, but he likes to rock out.
10. iShirt: There are many iShirts, but this one deserves a mention. It's cute, it's plain, and it actually uses the iPod Shuffle to spell something. Clever!
I bet you can come up with our own list and not even repeat a single item listed here. That's just how overstocked the world is of iPod wearables. So do you wear your iPod? On your head, on your body, or in your underwear? Let me know if you're one iPod-crazed fan who needs his iPod always by his side.

iPods are so last year. The hottest thing right now is the Sidekick 3 Chocolate and Razr V3x (not the regular razr they sell in stores). I have all of these, and my fav. is the razr and sidekick. don;t really like the chocolate. These cell phones have built in iPods and iTunes (except for Sidekick, just has a regular mp3 player).
Continuation to my last comment.-.Now that's hot.

ok lets wear the same as other, still a dumb idea too crappy just a dumb way u think is gona make cash but srry not gona work!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love music and I've listened to an ipod before and found the experience quite impressive, but they have no business being brought into the workplace - at least mine. I work in an ER and some nurses will have one bud in their ear; like they can justify listening to the ipod by having one "free" ear. Their lack of interest in what they're really supposed to be doing is definitely reflected in the dissatisfaction of their patients - not to mention the whole situation is a huge safety issue. But seriously, we're all doomed. Computers will soon take over and wipe us out so keep listening to your ipods at work. It'll soon be over. Go to sleep . . . go to sleeeep . . .
I hide my ipod inside my shirt so you can't see the wires.
I have a iPod and i'm in love with it.I was tha 1st one in mah house to get one and when i got it, it became addictive, i listened ot it 24/7 and still do. its so much easier then caring a cd player when i would have to carry back and forth from school. I'm a high school student and were not allowd to have them with us but we bring them anyway and we juss hide tha cords in our shirts so we wont get caught, its just kinda hard listening to it in class. But i think iPods are the new cd players. And in a couple years they might make a better i-pod who knows but in tha year 2006 i-pods are everywhere.
I'm an xray tech..so I put my nano inside my bra with the wires running up the back. I listen to my ipod while developing an xray film. Then I just remove the earbuds and tuck them inside my shirt thru my bra straps. My stethoscope and Id lanyard are also around my neck and hide the wires well. I love my nano, and dont go anywhere without it. Better than a tiny dog in a purse!
i don't really care. i think if they want to wear an ipod on all parts of there body then they should.
It's not a workplace issue for me because I work at an art school, where all the students, faculty and staff have major gadgets. Even my iPod has an iPod.
THESE WAYS OF DISPLAYING YOUR IPODS ARE RIDICULOUS. HOW IDIOTIC TO CLIP IT TO UNDERWEAR! AND ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN WILL REALIZE THAT ANYONE WEARING AN IPOD THAT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO A THIEF IS ASKING FOR TROUBLE, OR WORSE!!!
Did you see this company: http://www.scottevest.com/index.shtml They have a full line of clothing designed to accomadate iPods, etc., with a patented Personal Area Network to hide the wires. Very cool!
If i ever see anyone walking down the street wearing an ipod shirt/hat/belt/underwear/etc, i will walk up to them and laugh right in their face. Come on people... get a friggin life.
I love my I-pod, its the best thing since slice bread , your all complaining because you cant afford one, sitick top your MP3 player
When are they going to have wireless ipods? Bluetooth technology+ the Ipod would definitely be cool.
I wish that they offered replacement covers for the front of the Ipod. I am tired of looking at the easy to scratch screen...
Kind of seems unreasonable don't you think! Ipods are just ipods and nothing else.

I really like my iPod, but $300+ is more than enough to spend on it (except for all of the new music I have bought since I got it... My baby has to eat! ^_^ ). I just keep it in my pocket. I don't even use the cover that came with it. But a part of me wants that tie!!
