Sony's Casino Royale Spy Gear

The new James Bond Casino Royale movie will be in theaters sooner than we want it to be, and Sony Style Canada is celebrating by unveiling a limited edition Sony VAIO laptop and digital camera set.

The main attractions of the Sony 007 Edition Spy Gear set are the razor-thin VAIO TX multimedia notebook equipped with Intel Core Solo Processor, an 11.1 widescreen display, an 80GB hard drive, and the whole thing only weighs 2.8 pounds. Talk about ultra light! This multi-layered carbon fibre notebook comes with its own attache case to keep all your gear in place while you travel and even includes a privacy filter to keep curious onlookers from reading whatever is on your screen.

Sony also included the new 7.2-megapixel Cybershot DSC-T50 digital camera, which sports a large 3-inch display. The attache case and digital camera are both emblazoned with the "007" logo, which raises one question: How big of a fan are you?

For $4,300, I hope you're a huge 007 fan. The spy gear kit will be available on November 15, 2006.
