I don't know how you keep track of items you need to buy, but I've discovered that mental notes are not enough. I usually write down my grocery list on a notepad right before heading to the store, only to realize I've often forgotten one or two very important things that never made it to my list. Frustrating, isn't it?
One gadget making its debut at CES 2007 is a device called the SmartShopper. The SmartShopper is an automated grocery shopping list that keeps track of items you need to add to your list. Instead of writing them down, you push a button and say the name of the item; the device will store this information until the time comes for you to go to the store. The unit's embedded thermal printer prints out a list of these items sorted by category. This makes it even easier to use when you're actually at the supermarket. SmartShoppers come with 2,000 grocery items included, but users can add more items by brand if they want.
Another great feature is its ability to record a list of errands. This way you won't forget to make a few stops before or after your supermarket run. Now you can easily remind yourself to stop by the bank and cleaners before pulling into the driveway.

This idea is great and refreshing as human memory can fail at times but when documented can easily be retrieved. However, this innovation may not be ubiquitous ; Imean it may be difficult to be found all over the world especially in Nigeria my country. Iam suggesting you should try exporting the product to overseas countries. It's a worthwhile venture.
