You might remember the fashionable L'Amour Collection detailed with tribal art and covered in light pink and ivory hues. The softer colors on this collection exuded a sweeter romantic vibe, as opposed to the original L'Amour collection in gold and bronze. An updated version of the Nokia 7373 phone will be debuting on the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week, most likely as part of the Giambattista Valli collection.Â
The revamped Nokia 7373 Special Edition comes in two contemporary colors paired with Giambattista Valli phone charms, which makes me wonder if that is the extent of his added touch. The only difference I see between the original Powder Pink version, and Giambattista's Special Edition is the addition of a pearl necklace wrist strap, and pink diamond-eyed skull charm, which results in "Valli's interpretation of the contradictory elements of an intensive romance."
On the other hand, I hadn't seen this Black Chrome Nokia 7373, which looks pretty sleek. The glossy black handset also features a diamond-eyed silver skull, a grosgrain wrist strap, and a handy pouch. Both sets will come preloaded with a "backstage pass" of behind-the-scenes video, matching wallpaper, graphics, and an exclusive ring tone. Last I checked, the Nokia 7373 swivel phone still included a music/video player with twin speakers, a two megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and 128 microSD memory card slot. The designer version will only be available in select European markets for $367 (EUR 280).
