Not sure the time is right to give your boyfriend/girlfriend the apartment key? A GSM Wireless device from Waleli is going to be the answer to the "why can't I have a key to your place?" question. Just imagine being able to open the door to a trusted friend, family member or neighbor no matter where you are. Waleli's GSM Doorbell rings your mobile when someone presses the device, allowing you to talk to visitors via intercom, even granting them access to your place with the push of a few buttons.
But a better excuse for getting one in my book, is you never have to leave the LazyBoy to open the door again. Pizza guy at the door? Locked our of your house? Just open the door with your cell phone. The system includes an intercom, an electronic lock, a GSM-enabled doorbell and a SIM (Subscriber Identification Module) for the GSM device. PCWorld says the device will be selling in Northern Europe, and I'm hoping it eventually makes its way to the United States soon. Guess this is safer than leaving that extra key under the doormat. What do you think?

I'm assuming you would have to pay $9.99 per month to get another phone line attached to your family plan. Maybe wouldn't be worth it for some people. Is it unlocked to work with any carrier, or is there a specific carrier that it works with?
what about video? does anybody knows about an interphone that you can answer from your mobil phone?
Finally! After all the hype I got my hands on the iPhone and, yes, it does live up to all the hoopla ...
