Feel Bright, Not Stupid

Aren't you glad it's the first day of spring today? Lack of sun rays usually brings on a major case of the blues, which can be brutal on your waistline and overall well being. There are many ways to fight Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) with light therapy, exercise, and healthy eating, but I've never seen anything quite this ridiculous.

The Feel Bright Light attaches to any hat to help people fight off jet lag, insomnia, shift change fatigue, and the winter blues  by producing a flood of light right onto your face. It has two light settings to produce high or low lights, and it's set to give you 30 minutes of therapy three times a day. I'm not sure you ever want to look like the lady pictured here, but if that doesn't put you off, I think the $199 price will.

Just do you yourself a favor, and book a weekend trip to a sunny place if you have a mad case of winter blues. That'll cheer you up.
