How do you—or your employees—spend their workday? Well, according to a new study by Rasmussen Reports, 23 percent use office time to look for another job!

Less shocking in the study is the fact that 30 percent of workers send and receive personal emails on the job on "most days." Only 30 percent? I would think that should be closer to 99.9 percent.

So, can you get away with your deskbound job searching? Only about half of survey respondents say their company monitors their internet use, but apparently none of these companies actually care that their staffers on looking for better work elsewhere.
