I'm a famous hypochondriac, so I found interesting this lighthearted-yet-sorta-serious look at how technology can contribute to health problems. Take a peek at the creepiest top ten list you're likely to encounter this week: How many of its maladies are you developing yourself, or do you have already? Depending on the day and how hard the taskmasters at Yahoo! Tech are cracking the whip, I have up to seven of them.
The good news is that some of these issues are temporary and/or reversible: Conditions like early-stage carpal tunnel syndrome/RSI, insomnia, and headaches brought on by overuse of your computer can be resolved by taking more breaks and by improving the ergonomics of your workspace.
Diabetes, glaucoma, and severe obesity may require more serious changes to your lifestyle and real medical treatment.
The solution to all of these problems are the same things you've probably been hearing for years but have been avoiding for a variety of reasons. Exercise takes time and is uncomfortable. Changing your diet is difficult. Taking frequent breaks can lead to a drop in productivity, and those of you who focus deeply on the task at hand can find their concentration broken by even hourly interruptions.
Of course, if a number of these maladies sound familiar and tend to recur on a frequent basis, consult your doctor.

I think I get all 10 Plus 1 more: It SCM syndrome http://www.chiroweb.com/archives/09/08/15.html . I'm not fat yet, but I'm becoming a jello like. This SCM syndrome give me stiff neck, and it some time leads to headache, blurred vision, and twitchy eyes/eyelids. I think all those PC viruses work their way to posess me.
