See, I told you those Mac ads were lame. Apple's finally wised up and given Justin Long the boot from its cute, two-guys-in-a-white-room ad campaign. (You know: Long says, "I'm a Mac," and John Hodgman says, "I'm a PC.")
Now here's the odd thing: That just leaves Hodgman to carry the ad campaign, as he's returned to shoot additional commercials. That's strange, because he's the PC, right? Apple is shooting commercials without the Mac? How might this play out?
Will the PC be distraught because he misses his lil' PC buddy? Will the PC actually take off the suit and the glasses, put on a hoodie, and become a Mac? Or will he fess up that he's guilty of killing the Mac? Finally, an advertisement to look forward to.
Radar Online has the full story. Apologies in advance, I know it's a frivolous story about nothing, but you guys wouldn't stop talking about the ads last time around, and hey, it's Friday.
Update: Apparently, Radar Online was wrong.

Hey, no fair! Both my wife & I love those insanely great spots! I'm a 'First 100 Days' Mac user/lover/PowerBook G4 owner & retired Systems Administrator/Analyst. My wife is a Certified Nurse Midwife & somewhat computer-phobic User. Best wishes to Justin. He definitely has a future in advertising/acting! VR, Bronzit
I have a quick question... what networks were these commercials on?? I watch TV a lot and I never saw a single one of these until long after I saw the first parodies of them on the net, and I believe I only saw a real one once or twice.
shdwninja8 - I don't have a schedule, but you can see them all here: http://www.apple.com/getamac/ads/
