Been breaking a sweat with Wii Sports Bowling? You ain't seen nothin' yet. Nintendo had just announced a new fitness game for the Wii—complete with a wireless balance board—that looks certain to get your blood pumping.
Unveiled today at the E3 gaming conference in L.A., Wii Fit comprises a series of fitness-oriented games and comes bundled with a thin, flat board that computes your weight and balance. You can run through a series of exercises, including push-ups, stretches, step aerobics, and even yoga, or you can try your hand—er, feet—at some cool balance-oriented games including a soccer ball head-butting contest. The wireless balance board can also measure your body mass index (or BMI); take a reading daily to track your progress (or lack thereof) over time. Pretty cool.
Expect Wii Fit to hit stores later this year; no immediate word on pricing.

Yes. My parents bought the Wii for exercise so this will be great
I would buy it...sounds fun
I just demo-d this thing and it's actually pretty sweet. Kids won't realize they are working out. What I really enjoyed were the yoga-style and balancing. This is much better than the PS2 workout "games" they had.
really on the wii almost any game you play is like excercise4 you can not sit down and easily play the wii

I would love to hear more on what excercises there are to do and how it can tell if you're doing them. I think I'll buy it regardless. :)
