Just popped on to my iTunes account only to be faced with these big white letters on a black screen announcing "It's ShowTime" ; the iTunes store is being updated. (Of course Apple picked the only free five minutes I had to download Dylan's Modern Times since it shipped to close the store, but it's all the proof I need to know what Apple's about to announce later today.)
With the store being closed, it's pretty clear that they'll announce an iTunes movie download service. All that remains to be known is the price of a download. Of course our own Chris Null was way out in front when he laid odds on what Jobs had up its sleeve in a post last week.
Were you hoping for something else? There's still time. Head over to Gawker and vote for what you'd really like to see from Apple.
