The Sony Cybershot W80 is a budget entry in the Sony Cybershot line. It sports 7.2 megapixel resolution, 3X optical zoom, and a 2.5 inch LCD. It comes in multiple colors including silver, black, and pink. It records photos onto Sony's Memory Stick proprietary media format.
It also boasts Sony's new Face Detecting Technology. You may have seen the ads that proclaim "your father is not a horse's behind," basically asserting that the camera can recognize a face and make sure its in focus as opposed to other things in the shot. Overall, this is a good, budget camera. Plus it gave me an excuse to break out the riding crop, hunting jacket, and jodhpurs.

This article which is still the "lead" on this page is indicitive of the sorry state of affairs within Yahoo and why they are no longer relevant. This article is dated 6 Nov 2007! They have had her videos as current months after equipment has been discontinued. Yahoo consistently comes in a day late and a dollar short.
