Pros:
sleek
Cons:
does not work as well as the 6800 model

Bigger than the palm, the think design does not allow it to fit well in the hand, the button are not as easy to access as the previous model.

Pros:
Thin and light weight - good battery life
Cons:
keys too samll and close together -

this is technically better than other models - the voice recog feature is easy to use when driving - I like the trackball ability to scroll in four directions -

Sleek phone with tons of features
Cons:
Usability isn't that great

Great phone and superb for users with multiple email accounts. Usability could have been a little better.
