Digital Cameras : HP PhotoSmart 435xi

This was my first digital camera I have purchased and found it to be quite handy at first. But ultimately, replacing batteries for this camera was annoying and wasteful, yes I suppose I could have purchased rechargeable batteries but even when I borrowed some from a friend the battery would run out quickly. The picture quality isn't particularly good either. After using friends cameras I realised how bad this camera was. For those who want a cheap camera and dont need quality in their photos then this camera is for you. Otherwise I strongly recommend you don't purchase this camera as you will be disappointed with it. I wish I would have relied on the reviews that I read prior to purchasing this camera. I have an HP photo printer that works great, so thought it would be nice to have a HP camera to go with it. The picture quality is extremely poor - not clear at all, poor color quality. The LCD screen also shows pictures that are all fuzzy. The only pro to this camera is that it does have quite a few features, but that doesn't do you any good if the pictures come out so poor. I also have a 2.1MP camera that takes great pictures compared to this camera. I would not recommend anyone buy this camera. Hide Full Review
