Ok, I will keep this short...

Much better picture than DLP...no 'screen door' effect or 'rainbow' effect at all.

Consumer Reports 16 out of 26 Microdisplay sets

This 61-inch, LCoS-based HD set displayed a very good HD picture, and it was good for both DVD playback and regular TV through an S-video connection. Through an antenna/cable hookup, it was only fair. First-year repair data indicate JVC LCoS TVs were the most repair-prone microdisplays, although a recall of some JVC sets may account for that result. An integrated HDTV, it can accept a CableCard to receive digital-cable programming without the need for a cable box. (It can also receive over-the-air digital TV signals, without the need for an external decoder, if the signal reception is good enough.) Sound quality was very good, as with most of the rear-projection sets we tested. The remote control is excellent, but the onscreen menu is less easy to navigate than others.
