I was really jazzed about getting this phone as my upgrade, it does look very nice, thin, ease of keypad use, but that's where it ended for me. After charging it up after recieving it, I went to the menu to start setting things up, that went fairly well. Then, since I didn't see a button on the keypad anywhere for the speakerphone, I consulted the manual......................NOTHING........I went to a local Verizon Store.........Uhhhhhhh.........Ummmmmmmmmm, geez, I don't know.............I finally called Verizon Tech support, they told me it's a little side key on the right of the screen, great.............however, you need to dial a phone # and be connected, or have answered a call BEFORE this button will activate speakerphone. My last beef is pretty minor, my old 6100 would show the date and time on outer screen in stand by mode, this one shuts down after a few seconds, you can activate it while closed with a side button on the left, but again, it only displays for a few seconds.I'm sure I'll enjoy it more after a couple weeks use, it's just not as intuitive as I'd hoped. One more thing, as the other reviewer stated, it does tend to smudge easy.
