Upgrades : Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000

This system looks good the day you get it, but the paint comes off of the key board hence the letters come off the keys. The backlighting works for a short while only. The keyboard and mouse lock up needing frequent resets and dropped or characters come up that were not touched.

The 3 yr warranty sounds nice, however Microsoft does not honor thier warranty. When we contacted Microsoft with the problems with my system all we were told was thats not covered under warranty.

Stay clear of this system like a plague. Why pay 300.00 for a piece of junk. Hide Full Review
