Security : NETGEAR WPNT834 RangeMax 240 Wireless Router

I bought my NETGEAR about three months ago. I enjoyed the product ease of use and range. I have two story house where my DSL is located at bottom floor. It was important for me to have wireless access on the second floor and NETGEAR provided a great range. Other than that, it seems sometimes my NETGEAR required a restart; now I can't tell you exactly was it due to my DSL or the NETGEAR itself.



Now currently I had to go back to use my LinkSys since my NETGEAR failed to power on after two feet drop. Hide Full Review

I used the netgear product at a friend's house and found it very hard to use and configure. The connection was dodgy at times but when connected it was so good, I can't explain the Wireless service because i never actually used it. But overall an OK product and I don't mind buying it although I have already got a better router, it's a Speedtouch. Hide Full Review

Ok, so I have been using it for almost 2 years, never had a problem so far.

Only to set it at the beginning, but with there assistance line...it went really well. I have to say I am not a computer wiz, so for those of you who are not, with the assistance of Netgear you will be fine, they will go step by step with you.



I am sure there is better products, but so far I am happy with mine. Connection is always good. Hide Full Review
