Games & Gear : Nintendo DS Electric Blue

I bought my nintendo ds a year ago when I traded in my gameboy sp. And have to say I was really impressed with it. What makes any game system successfull wether it be, handheld , or home console is the game library. And I think the nintendo ds has a solid game library already and it's only growing larger. Although there are some ports most of the games for the nintendo ds are original. There are several games that you can only play on the ds. And I think that should appeal to anyone looking for a new gaming experience. Nintendo knows how to make handhelds. The nintendo ds has everything a portable gaming system should have great games, decent graphics, and most importantly short load times. And you don't need a memory card. So it's not only inexpensive to own it's inexpensive to keep playing. although out of the box it can't play mp3's or video, you have to remember that's why you have an ipod. Hide Full Review

it's very excellent, the only thing is that i hope it can make upto the graphics of psp, meaning more than 16 million colors. i hope the sound can be very intensified so i can play with it and hear it clearly even in a noisy open field. i own this DS and it's what turning my world upside down hehehe. excellent !!! I loved the nintendo ds and im only 11 and in 6th grade. So the touch screen was awsome i was so happy when i got this for my birthday.Overall this portable system is awsome so i recomend it you should get it for your kids birthday. Hide Full Review

The Nintendo DS is sooo much fun! It's a great portable game that you can take with you where ever you go. It has LOTS of FUN games that you will enjoy! You can even play against other DS players. The Nintendo DS is a great gaming system for adults, particularly with puzzle games like Tetris and Meteos. The new Brain Games are very addictive as well. Really awesome for travel, something to pass the time by. Very innovative in how you use the touch screen to play games, as well as your voice. The wireless feature is great too - I'm looking forward to playing against my cousin who is in Japan on Tetris or Mario Kart. Hide Full Review
