You should be able to pick this unit up for $100. If you can\'t - don\'t bother - much better products are now available for $160.

The OS is simple, functional and reliable, but memory will run seriously short once you install 3rd party software upgrades and AvantGo. Also, beware of crashes when using other software, especially hacks. The newer Palm M100 has improved software but a smaller screen and low quality plastic case. Don\'t buy it if you can find a IIIe for the same price. Honestly though, save a little extra money and buy a better model - perhaps a Handspring - with atleast 8mb RAM. I am very happy with the product, its the best
thing I have ever bought. The only draw back is the
memory, when I found out what you could download it
started to fill up so fast. For those who do not want to
invest in a wireless heres a good website to surf
without being connected. http://avantgo.com is free and
best of all lets you surf without begin
connected.

This is the greates product I have ever seen.
Design is so cool, it can stand some serious impacts
(falling 1 meter and crashing against fhe floor), rough
treatment, and certainly, you won\'t lack applications. The
only defect I could find is that you will like beauty
so much that you will want to buy a larger Palm
(NEVER Pocket PC) in six months! More memory would have
been nice, but for such a ridiculous low price, it\'s
enough to try (and fall in love with) thie beautiful
device.
My advice: the only reason for not buying
this product right now is buying a larger one right
