Cell Phones : Sprint PCS Vision Smart Device PPC-6700

This phone I would have to say is the best phone that I have had to date. I like and use just about every feature on this phone.

The Sprint Pocket PC PPC-6700 is far superior to the Palm form factors or other platforms on the market today. It integrates better with MS platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) than Palm or other platforms. It's fast, easy to use (due to its familiar platform), and versatile. I recommend adding additional memory, especially if you plan on taking pictures or adding additional programs. Hide Full Review

Yes, I'm on my 6th phone. And interestingly when I take it back to Sprint they are not surprised. And the good thing is that they simply give me another. I said to the guy last time..."Can I get something else? Even something that is cheaper?" And he said, "No, I know this phone is a lemon but we can only give you the same phone." So it's great that they replace it so easy but this phone is total crap. But then again, this is supposed to be the first model like this one. And just like a car you aren't supposed to buy the first model that comes out. But actually this isn't the 1st, but they will tell you that it is. There was actually a 6600 that had the same stuff but looked different. That one was total crap too and broke as well. I highly recommend not buying this phone. Hide Full Review

This thing is cool when you first get your hands on it. Everything from the style to the 1gb storage sim card. It has it all. Unfortunately it has one major downfall. It has a windows OS. This make this phone a nightmare waiting to happen. already I've had this thing crash 3 times for various unexplained reasons. Also the battery life on this thing is so short, you have to leave it plugged in for most of the day.



All in all is cool as hell with the tech offered, but the overhead(i.e. windows) brings it's usefulness way down Hide Full Review

this is a fantastic addition for any mobile tech. If you can do it on your PC, you can do it on the road. No more finding hot spots with a bulky laptop. MS Office, PDF files, Work server access, even C.A.D. files. As easy to use as your PC. I cant live without it. The WiFi is great Hide Full Review
