Sony offers an SPP - A946, a single-line cordless phone with digital answering machine. Analog 900MHz is used for extended range thanks to superior transmission technology and you can carry your cordless phone further-and still carry on a conversation. The base speakerphone feature lets you answer incoming calls at the base. The tapeless digital answering machine records up to 15 minutes of conversation, counting your messages and audibly indicating them. All messages are written in permanent flash memory so you will never suffer a loss of a single second of conversation. The LCD Display on base unit performs call screening. Intercom lets you talk between handset and base unit. Page signal initiates intercom contact in either direction.
