Yamaha's most affordable DVD player ever, the DVD-S5350 provides high quality playback of DVD Video, Video CD, conventional audio CD, CD-R, and CD-R/W discs. It passes Dolby Digital and DTS signals for decoding by the amplifier or dedicated processor. The high performance dual laser pick-up focuses independently to provide top-quality Video CD, Audio CD, and DVD performance. 96 kHz/24-bit compatible audio digital-to-analog conversion and 10-bit video D/A conversion assure that the DV-S5350 delivers superior performance. In addition to the coaxial and optical digital outputs, the DV-S5350 provides both 6-channel and stereo analog audio outputs. The DV-S5350 provides 1 component, 1 S-Video output and 2 composite video outputs. For maximum flexibility, the DV-S5350 permits simultaneous analog and digital output, so a single unit can feed two independent systems. Multiple Picture Zoom permits enlarging the image 1.33x, 2x, and 4x. TruSurround provides 3D sound for analog outputs. Yamaha's advanced on-screen menu and icon system makes setting up and operating the DV-S5350 simple, easy and fast. The DV-S5350 provides program and shuffle play, resume play, still picture, child lock for DVD and VCD, and parental lock for DVD.
