The 3Com Router 3018 includes one high-speed E1 port operating in full unframed E1, fractional E1, channelized E1 or ISDN PRI mode.

The router has a built-in 10/100 auto-sensing Ethernet port for LAN connectivity, a console port for direct management access, plus an auxiliary port that can be used as a 115, 200 baud serial interface or for connection to an external modem either as a back-up port data path or management access.
